Inland Empire Auto Body & Paint Inc. is family owned and operated by Isaac and Lucia Gallardo. Isaac Gallardo grew up watching and learning as his father and uncles worked on cars and bikes.  He developed a passion for learning every aspect of the business.  He worked for Harley-Davidson as a Production and Quality Control Manager concentrating on custom and limited edition paint for five years and has been in the business for over 10 years.  Working with a major company like Harley-Davidson, where the importance of detailed, quality work is instilled in its employees, Isaac passes on that knowledge to his staff to produce exceptional body and paint work for their customers.

Isaac and his wife Lucia decided to branch out on their own and opened their own business in 2006.  While Isaac runs the shop, Lucia is managing the office. Lucia received her Bachelors degree at Cal State University of San Bernardino with a dual major in Business Administration with concentration in Management and Entrepreneurial Management and a minor in Human Resources.  She has a passion for business management, development and customer service. She works closely with customers and insurance companies to provide the best possible service. 

Isaac and Lucia hired a staff that is trained, certified and committed to producing quality work. Our body technician has eight years of experience, our two painters have 15 plus years of experience and are I-Car Certified, and three trained auto detailers.

The Gallardo Family, along with their staff, are committed to building their business and maintaining their reputation for “Quality work you can trust.”  They know people go into body shops assuming the repair is going to be done right.  Customers also figure it is going to be frustrating to deal with the hassle of insurance companies and the details of the repair. Inland Empire Autobody and Paint’s job is to make the process a pleasure for everyone. They accomplish this by being organized and professional.
